Horrible customer service. The employees just stand and talk while the customers wait. Very few of the people who work here speak English. Horrible drive thru system which Leads to insanely long wait times. And the food is awful and slightly overpriced.

Let's get this out of the way . . . their Drive Thru Service is GOD AWFUL. If you see a line at the Drive Thru, please just go inside. I waited 40 minutes one time as I didn't realize how bad the drive thru service was and I was blocked in and just dealt with it. They are much faster if you just call your order in or go inside. Yes an inconvenience to some, but it is what it is. The food here is damn good though, IMO the best tasting La Granja food I've had and I've been to at least 8 other locations. The whole chicken w/ 2 sides for like $14.50 will feed a family of 4 very easy . . . best deal on chicken they got.

Drive Thru Sucks! I had to make a quick stop for lunch and ordered in the Drive Thru. First off, you order at the window. There is no intercom. I pulled up to the window and there was a car right in front of me waiting for their order. I place my order, chicken sandwich with fries and a water. They bring out the order for the car in front of me and then they ask for me to pull up while they make my sandwich. A car immediately pulls up to the ordering window behind me. As I'm sitting there, I realize that if the person behind me gets their order before I get mine, I will have to pull out onto 441 to let this person by. There is just no room to move. Thank god they brought my food out so I didn't have to do that. Food My sandwich was almost all bread. The piece of chicken was not even a full breast. It looked like it was cut thin and then pounded thin. Almost 8 bucks for this? The fries were good and the saving grace was the hot onion condiment. I just love that stuff. Verdict They need to redo the drive thru and give a better portion of food for the price. I'm a big fan of LaGranja as a whole but it looks like they are cutting costs here and I don't like it. Not recommending this one folks, Stay hungry!

I don't know anything about Peruvian food, so when I went to LaGranja (Oakland Park Blvd location) I opted for the safest choice, which was a chicken sandwich. Holy shit! You would think they had to run out to the fields to kill and de-feather that chicken because it took forever to get it. The sandwich was really good, guys. I mean, juicy and fresh. The lettuce and tomato was crispy and nice, and whatever those sauces were that they offer on the side were TAF (Tasty as F**k). I got the fries for a couple of extra bucks. I watched the dude cook them and they came out all greasy and mushy. They're those big steak fry-type fries. Not so good, but if you doused them in those sauces, you could half-way get away with eating a few. I loved my chicken sandwich so much that I went a week later, but this time I went through the drive through. BIG MISTAKE! Do not go through the drive through. It's slower than being inside and it's all screwy. The rest of the food looks delicious, but I think I need a Peruvian friend to help me out with the menu. The building is old and LaGranja took over some other fast food joint that must have went belly up. There is no decor. It's just a bunch of tables and chairs surrounded by windows that overlook Oakland Park Blvd. Don't let this stop you from going though. It's worth it for the Chicken sandwich!

whats not to love a 1/4 chicken with rice and beans for $4.25?! an inca kola, their spicy onion goodness and I'm a happy girl!

Food was terrible, i have been to other LaGranja and never tasted food as bad as it was there. Cashier was very rude and was busy with her cell phone instead of taking care of customers. Employees could not get the order right and the manager was busy flirting with the woman employees

Horrible customer service, they are not even friendly. I found hair in my drink and they are slow. Don't even bother if you're extra hungry.

I was enjoying the plump, moist grilled chicken breast and side of fluffy steaming white rice w/black beans UNTIL I bit down on an INCH AND A HALF PIECE OF WIRE! What the HECK?!! Come on people!! Give me a break!!! And I agree with my fellow Yelpers, the drive-thru is creepy. Takes longer b/c order taken at the window, but that's okay, b/c I won't be returning.
